Consumers

 You know, I’ve done my homework. 

Checked out out the other religions out there. 

And I think my wife and I are ready

To take the plunge into Christianity. 

We like the whole “going to heaven thing.” 

You know 41% of the U.S. is protestant, 

According to the 2013 Gallup poll? Yep. 

We have quite a few Christian friends with 

Quite a few white picket fences and good jobs

Who seem to be happy, contributing members of society.  

We find the teachings of Jesus quite refreshing. 

(For the most part.) 

There are a few things we don’t like, 

But we can get past those,

In light of all the benefits. 

We like the whole “not under the law” thing. 

And the whole “love your neighbor” thing. 

The “Jesus died for our sins thing” is huge. 

We think this will really add to our quality of life. 

 

So … where do we sign up? 

This is going to be awesome. 

How much does it cost?

Did you say, "everything?"

That's a lot.
